L1 Deliverables:

  • Mailbox creation, modification, and deletion if automation failed.
  • AD ID creation, modification, and deletion if automation failed.
  • Generic id creation, modification, and deletion (with mailbox or without mailbox)
  • DL group Creation, Modification and Deletion
  • Security group Creation, Modification and Deletion
  • Service id Creation, Modification and Deletion
  • GAL Modifications
  • Password reset (Individual/Generic/Service id)
  • Perform SNOW tickets assigned to ID Management- Request Fulfilment
  • Unlock User id (Individual or any generic id)
  • Mails/Call handling

L2 Deliverables:

  • Automation Edge & Automation Anywhere: – Credentials Creation, Modification and Deletion
  • Recertification of Generic and Service Accounts once in a year and need basis.
  • Coordination with all stakeholders during incident / schedule activities till completion of tasks.
  • Adherence to all scheduled tasks / jobs given by the bank.
  • Recertification of DLs & Security Group once in a year and need basis.
  • Perform SNOW tickets assigned to ID Management- Incident and change Management.
  • Generation of AD & IGA reports on daily basis
  • Creating the script for any requested information in AD and delivering it to the end user.
  • Lead and drive potential automation opportunities to reduce daily / mundane tasks.
  • Maintain Risk register and mitigate risks on time.
  • Coordination with all stakeholders during incident / schedule activities till completion of tasks.
  • Adherence to all scheduled tasks / jobs given by the bank.
  • VA closure for all servers

L3 Deliverables:

  • Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
  • Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
  • Preparing, maintaining, and updating of SOP and Knowledge Base
  • Preparation of performance dashboard of team on monthly basis
  • Preparation of report & managing the schedule for the recertification of generic. Service accounts & DL, security groups on monthly basis.
  • Prepare a strategy for automating manual tasks and oversee it until completion.
  • Identifying the automation used cases and automate the same by coordinating with the different teams.
