✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
✔ Ability to source, screen, and assess candidates effectively
✔ Familiarity with MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools
✔ Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
✔ Handle Domestic IT hiring mandates across various technology stacks and levels
✔ Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
✔ Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and evaluate candidate suitability
✔ Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
✔ Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process
✔ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
✔ Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide suitable hiring solutions
✔ Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
✔ Track and maintain recruitment data, reports, and updates using MS Excel or internal systems
