Privacy Policy
Effective 14 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Thinkwise Consulting LLP ("Thinkwise", "we", "us") collects through thinkwiseglobal.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Our products and the work we do for clients are governed by the agreements made for them.
01Who we are
Thinkwise Consulting LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its office at T-Hub Phase-2, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032, India. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
For anything to do with your information, write to contact@thinkwise.co.in.
02What we collect
We collect only what you give us, and a small amount of technical information that any website receives.
- Enquiries. When you send the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the area you are interested in, and your message.
- Job applications. When you apply for a role: your name, email address, phone number, the link to your LinkedIn profile if you give one, your CV, and any note you add. Your CV usually contains more about you - education, employment history, and whatever else you chose to put in it.
- Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, recorded in server logs by our hosting provider to run and secure the site.
- Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies: which pages you visit, how you reached the site, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and the kind of device you use.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this site, and we ask that you do not send it to us. The site is not intended for anyone under 18.
03How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and to discuss the work you have asked about.
- To consider you for the role you applied for, and to contact you about that application.
- To keep the site running and secure, including limiting repeated submissions from one connection.
- With your consent, to understand how the site is used so that we can improve it.
We process your information because you gave it to us for these purposes, and on the basis of your consent where we ask for it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use what you send us for advertising.
06Where it is processed
We are based in India. Some of the providers above process information in other countries, including the United States. Where information leaves the country you are in, we rely on the provider's contractual commitments to protect it, and we transfer it only as the applicable law allows.
07How long we keep it
- Enquiries: for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for one month after the last contact.
- Job applications: until the role is filled or is no longer needed, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
- Server logs: for 30 days.
- Analytics data: for 14 months.
After that the information is deleted or made anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.
08How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection, enquiries are seen only by our sales team and job applications only by our recruitment team, and the providers we use maintain their own security controls. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure; if a breach affects your information we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
09Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and how it is used;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, including an application you have sent;
- stop using it where we rely on your consent - withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.
To do any of these, write to contact@thinkwise.co.in. We will answer within the time the law sets and may need to confirm who you are first. There is no charge.
If you are in India, these rights and the right to nominate someone to exercise them on your behalf are set out in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in Australia, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles give you rights of access and correction. If you are in the United States, the law of your state may give you similar rights; we honour such requests wherever you are.
10Questions and complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, write to our team: contact@thinkwise.co.in. We will acknowledge it and respond within 2 business days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live - in India, the Data Protection Board of India; in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
11Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when what we do with personal information changes, and change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant we will say so on the site.
