01What the site is for

The site describes our services, solutions and products, publishes articles, lists open roles, and lets you contact us or apply for a role. It is information about what we do; it is not an offer to provide any particular service on any particular terms.

Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement signed for that work, and each of our products by its own terms. Where those differ from these terms, they apply instead.

02Using the site

You may view the site and share links to it. You agree not to:

• use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights;
• try to gain access to parts of it, or to systems behind it, that are not open to you;
• interfere with how it runs, or send it automated requests in a way that burdens it;
• send anything through its forms that is false, unlawful, or contains malicious code;
• copy its content at scale or republish it as your own.

03What you send us

When you send an enquiry or an application, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to send it. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, and sending an application does not create an offer of employment.

04Ownership of content

The text, design, graphics, logos and software on the site belong to Thinkwise Consulting LLP or to those who have licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. The names and logos of other companies shown on the site belong to their owners.

You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Any other use needs our written permission.

05Accuracy

We take care that the site is correct and current, but it is provided as general information. It may contain errors or be out of date, and it is not professional advice. Figures, examples and descriptions of past work illustrate what we do; they are not a promise of the same result for you. Check anything you intend to rely on with us directly.

06Links to other sites

The site links to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information, and a link is not an endorsement.

07Our liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will always be available, free of errors, or free of harmful components, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content - including indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the site.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
