The engagement

What was in the way?

Years of inspection reports, compliance files, contracts and spreadsheets sat scattered and unsearchable. Staff spent hours each week digging through archives to answer routine questions, and knowledge left when people did.

We built an Agentic RAG application. Staff upload records; the system embeds them for semantic search and pairs a structured database alongside the vector store, so numeric data keeps its meaning and trends are answered from real figures, not guesses.
